REFUND POLICY

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging (seal must not be tampered with). You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

support@theplatinumrosecollection.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send vour package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or refund will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items) are damaged, defective, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notifv vou and let vou know if the return has been approved for a refund. If approved, your account will be automatically refunded for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping by your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds and payments.

Our processing time on average is 2-3 business days and shipping time can average to 4-10 business days or longer depending upon your location. Due to COVID19 our processing and shipping time may be slightly longer to guarantee the safety of our clientele is met.

Standard shipping on domestic items is 4-10 business days from order date. This includes our 2-3 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facilitv in 1-2 business davs (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.ups.com to manually input your tracking number.

CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.

RETURN TO SENDER

If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.

We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the reshipping charges of $15.

ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 RE SHIPPING FEE.

You will receive a PayPal invoice for reshipping.

Once it is paid, we will reship the item.

Yes! All of our products have been dermatologically tested and are kind to skin.

No. We love animals! We do not test on animals and our products are cruelty-free.

No, our products so do not contain gluten or parabens. Our products are Gluten, Paraben and Sulfate-Free. They are vegan and fragrance free. Those with allergies or sensitivities can rest easy.

What skin type are The Platinum Rose products good for?

All Platinum Rose products are formulated to be safe for all skin types. If you have any specific concerns, please contact a dermatologist with the list of ingredients found on the website.

What order should I apply my skincare products?

1. Use a cleanser first, in the morning and at night.

2. If you have a mask, the mask will be the next step.

3. Apply toner

4. Next, apply your serum(s). If you have more than one serum, you apply the thinnest first, to thickest.

5. Apply your moisturizer.

6. If your moisturizer does not contain SPF, then apply SPF as your final step.

What temperatures do the products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
